Savore is a charcuterie catering studio in Scottsdale, building hand-styled grazing tables, dessert displays, and full spreads for weddings, showers, corporate events, and private parties across Gilbert, Phoenix, and the wider East Valley. Whatever you're hosting, we handle the whole table — savory through sweet — so the food is the easiest part of your day, not one more thing to manage.

Below is everything we cater. Tap into any one to see the full details, or tell us about your event and we'll build the right spread for it.

Why Hosts Hand Us The Table

You book one vendor instead of coordinating a caterer, a bakery, and a stylist who all have to somehow match. We're local to the East Valley, so we know the venues and what the Arizona heat does to a spread. And every table goes up by hand, on-site, the morning of your event — then we handle the breakdown, so your only job is to enjoy it.

Set-up & event guidelines

Give us a table and a little time

We build everything on-site, so we'll need a sturdy table or surface at your venue (or ask us — we can bring our own for an added fee) and access roughly one to two hours before guests arrive. For grazing tables and carts, a spot out of direct sun and away from the hottest part of the room keeps everything looking and tasting its best, especially in the Arizona heat.

Lock in your details ahead of time

The sooner you book, the better — weekends and wedding season fill fast. We ask for your final headcount and any dietary needs (gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, nut-free) at least one week before your event so we can shop fresh and build around them. Last-minute changes are sometimes possible; just ask and we'll tell you straight.

Plan for the spread to be enjoyed fresh

Charcuterie is at its best within about two hours of being set out, so we'll help you time the reveal around your schedule — cocktail hour, guest arrival, or whenever you want the table to make its entrance. Once your event wraps, we handle teardown and cleanup, and we'll talk through any leftovers and food-safety basics so nothing goes to waste.
