About Savore · Scottsdale, AZ

The people who make the

table worth gathering around

Savore is a charcuterie and grazing catering studio in Scottsdale, building spreads by hand for weddings, showers, and events across the East Valley. Here's who's behind the boards.

About Us

Inspired by late-night dessert shops, handcrafted drinks, and the joy of sharing something sweet, we set out to create a space where every visit feels a little special. What started with fluffy bingsu and refreshing drinks gradually grew into a full café experience—where sweetness, comfort, and connection come together under one roof.

Whether it’s your first bowl of shaved ice or your favorite go-to treat, every bite is made with intention and a touch of wonder.

Who We Are

A person drizzling honey onto a cheese and fruit platter that includes grapes, strawberries, blueberries, and slices of cheese.
A woman in a blue dress with white floral patterns is sitting on a bed, holding a tray of assorted cheeses, fruits, and snacks. She is wearing floral sandals with daisies and is smiling at the camera. The bed has a crochet coverlet and pillows, and behind her is a large wall hanging of dried and artificial flowers.

Savore started with simply putting together spreads for my family and friends. I feel in love with the process and now I get to share that love with all of you!

What hasn't changed since: the belief that good food should be the easiest part of your event, not one more thing to manage. So we took on the whole table — the cured meats and cheeses, the fruit and honey, the sandwiches and salads, and the desserts to finish — so hosts could hand off the food and actually enjoy their own party.

We'd rather you remember the day than remember refilling the trays.

These days, we build grazing tables and dessert displays across Scottsdale, Gilbert, Phoenix, and the wider East Valley — for couples, families, and companies who want the food to be a moment, not an afterthought.

Every table still goes up by hand, on-site, the morning of.

That part we won't ever outsource.

What we believe about a good table

Three things we

don't budge on

A wooden tablespread with an assortment of cheeses, fruits, crackers, and condiments for a cheese platter, set in a well-lit area with plants in the background.

Savory through sweet, from one team. You shouldn't have to chase a board from one vendor and a dessert from another and hope they match. We handle the full spread so it reads as one.

The whole table, not half of it

No pre-assembled trays dropped at the door. Each table is styled on-site around your space, your colors, and your headcount — the morning of, while it's fresh.

Built by hand, every time

Pretty is the easy part. We build tables that photograph beautifully and disappear fast, because the food is actually good and there's enough of it for everyone.

Made to be eaten, not just admired

A Matter of

Taste

A Savore table is built to be looked at and then devoured. We start with quality cheeses, cured meats, and produce at their peak, then arrange it all by hand into a spread that's as much a centerpiece as it is the food. Beautiful enough to photograph, generous enough that no one leaves hungry.

Sourced fresh, built the morning of

We shop close to your date and style every table on-site the day of your event, so nothing sits and everything looks its best when the first guest walks in.

Savory through sweet, one team

Charcuterie and desserts from the same hands. You get a spread that flows from cured meats to dessert table without juggling a second vendor.

Designed around your day

Your colors, your guest count, your dietary needs. We size and style each table to the event in front of us — never a copy-paste board.

Signature Selections

A kitchen countertop with a variety of food items, including bread sandwiches with cherry tomatoes on top, fresh fruits like grapes and orange slices, and bowls of snacks. There are decorative flowers and a plant on the counter, with large windows in the background showing greenery outside.

The Grazing Table

Our signature spread. Cured meats, cheeses, fruit, honey, nuts, dips, and fresh bread, built to fill a table and anchor the room. The piece everyone gathers around.

The Charcuterie Cart

A styled, rolling spread we wheel in and set up on-site. Part food, part moment — the kind of thing that pulls a crowd at weddings and parties.

Assorted desserts including chocolate mousse cups, tiramisu, lemon bars, and small cakes, decorated with flowers at a catering event.

The Dessert Table

The sweet finish, styled to match. Cookies, bars, pastries, and seasonal sweets arranged so the end of the spread looks as good as the start.

Word on the street is wheat

“I bought some desserts from Sara and they were sooo delicious! My favorite one was the Mango flavor. They were a hit at my ladies brunch! They were set up in a dessert cart and it was so cute. I loved it!.”

“Thank you Sara and your team for the amazing delicious food! Our guests loved them and the spread was displayed out so beautifully. Will definitely be using their services again.”

“Thank you so much for catering my daughter’s baby shower. I have had many events cater in the past & I have never had so many compliments! Your sandwiches were absolutely 10 out of 10. Everything was amazing! ”
